If the encounter is streamlined by the elimination, the occurrence of a previous feature, right is not really a convincing argument to me personally. What value did (or would) hiring and keeping up a training team have to you? Was it more fun because it felt authentic? I can see gamers pretty much need to have control over how their soccer team is conducted, which means rolling upgrades and all XP into one Head Coach pool and setting that strategy you're running on each side of the ball. If coordinators are in the franchise mode, do you utilize their scheme? Or can you override their scheme by yourself? Is your pool of applicants restricted because you wish to engage the services of a power? If you would like to fire a coordinator are you sacrificing a coach with a lot of XP investment to do so? What kind of function do you want coordinators to function, ideally?

You're getting despise, but honestly you are not wrong. I remember the PS2 madden's that had coordinators. It was cool. It had potential to be enlarged. However, imo, you've got to be a bit out of touch with reality to think the majority of players (or anywhere near that) actually knew or cared about the coordinators. It was likely a hassle needing to worry about signing them. A lot of the ones that are actual you never recognize, and then you simply wind up repopulating when each is a former participant, with retired players, that honestly is a little unrealistic
