I urge you to not try AFKing using RuneScape

So you've started a pure, new personality, or are just too lazy to maintain clicking monsters. Well this is the place for you. Please don't use car clickers to stay logged in, since it is against the rules. Ok, so here is the details. North of this Lumbridge Castle is a training facility, which offers dummies for ranged, melee, and magic. The melee and ranged dummies are rather useless, as they reward barely any exp. However, the magic ones benefit complete dab exp, so fire strikes reward 11exp per strike. Because Mind runes and Air runes are relatively cheap, this makes leveling Magic relatively easy at this location for those who can not manage considerable amounts of Law Runes, and doesn't need anywhere near as much clicking.

What exactly you can do, First get your magic to level 9. You can do this at the dummies with lower leveled strike charms, or do Witch's Potion and Imp Catcher quests. Second, get a fire staff and Mind and Air runes. You will need double the quantity of Air Runes as Mind Runes, so in the event that you've got 5k heads, then you may need 10k airs. Thirdly, only head into the training area and attack a Mage Dummy. Not many men and women are usually there, and each server may have 3 people there at once.

All you've got to do is click the mouse or move the camera after every 5 minutes, though I urge you not to try AFKing for this, as that would be contrary to the rules. I have had many discussions (arguments) about this is CC's recently. Even very high lvl'd players are convinced that slayer dart is the best way to do barrows. You also might have high mage (85+) 90+ def and 80+ pray. Which means you can do 342147219 chests a trip. Great for you, but melee is better for me personally. I get more gain by wasting money on 100+ slayer dart casts and I can do more chests per excursion.

Many people who do barrows are lower lvl then that, obviously with worse stats and are doing it for money. I have completed barrows a lot over the past 9 months of playing. I've fine melee stats and fine mage stats. I prefer melee. I take 3 p pots and 1 super collection. I will do 3-5 chests based on how the brothers hit. Together with slayer dart I will only do about two maybe 3 if I'm blessed. Might not be true for others.

Now another thing is, why can it be believed that veracs is your only"rewarding" melee technique? I have done barrows with a bgs and a whip+defender. They work a lot better then when I tried it using veracs. I hardly got through one trip with all the slow attack speed and reduced strikes.
