I'm in need of your help to answer 3 questions. The second question is should I use a wealth or a life ring. Is it true that sometimes the ring of Life isn't working?

Hey guys, I was thinking about joining mem shortly after my b-day on march 16. Before becoming mem, i want to raise my cbstat to the highest level as possible. I was curious how high my stats should be to become a good combatant when I become mem. I was thinking of buying a whip, then a warriors guild rune defender. My real question is: How do I get my stats so that I am able to use the whip/defender to kill good? I've seen whips only hit 10s, however I want to strike as hard as 20s.

If you can suggest what to lvl my stats to and were I train, please leave a comment. I currently train with the giant spiders at sos. I make around 25k exp per hour, however this is an F2P job. Since I have not been an active member, you can recommend a beast to train on for those who require fast exp.
