I'll preface this by saying that I don't think that it's a terrible thing for them to bring awareness to the issue. It is important that it can not just be dismissed by taking a look from it. With that said, I really do hold a certain amount of doubt towards multi-billion dollar multinational corporations paying lip service to significant social problems. They're in the best possible position to do more than simply put out a press release or public announcement. Obviously, as a philosophical business they are under no obligation to do so, and yet it rings hollow when they try to stand in solidarity with the common people.
